Georgette Thomas is the Principal Solicitor at Compass Immigration Law. Georgette is trained as both a Solicitor and Barrister.
She is a founding partner of the practice and has helped develop Compass Immigration Law into a well-respected law practice in the field of Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights, since its inception in 2011.
Georgette has extensive experience in immigration, asylum, human rights and nationality law. She has over 18 years’ experience in this area of law.
Georgette currently oversees and leads the Appeals Department. This department deals with the most complex of cases, which often have already been through the initial process elsewhere but have been unsuccessful. Her dual training as a Solicitor and Barrister gives her a unique perspective when preparing appeals. She represents her clients with passion and determination.
Georgette has a keen interest in helping businesses and workers thrive in the UK and finds practical and pragmatic ways when dealing with Sponsorship License Applications and Skilled Worker visas.
When not at the Practice, Georgette enjoys eating and cooking amazing food, but makes time for fitness too!
